Translation:
The snow was falling,
And the night was cold,
And the Mother of God,
Had no shelter from the cold.
Into the stable,
Out of the snow she went,
And she laid Jesus,
In the hard manger.
A cow and a donkey,
Were in the stable,
Watching the child,
All night long.
The angels sang,
High in the sky,
